Q: HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 1-2 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouse will pack your goods and have it shipped as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number to your order. If you did not receive your tracking number, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate. Orders take 7-10 business to deliver after they have been shipped.

A: Orders are generally processed within 3-4 business days of receipt of your order. We ship worldwide. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 7 to 10 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 16 days. We are not responsible for lost packages. Addresses cannot be changed once the order is placed.
